Go Daddy – Any Good?

Ya know, Go Daddy has a lot of press period. Some bad, most good. Just because they are out there in such a huge way, if you look for the bad – you will find it. The domain management interface is intuitive and easy to use. In my experience Go Daddy has been moderately helpful when needed. So I’m not going to say they have great, or even good customer service. But ya know what? Most of my domains are purchased through them.

The reason why I use Go Daddy: pricing. Go Daddy single handedly brought down the cost of domains. They are always one of the least expensive places to buy. Since most of my domains are already there, why bother saving 30 cents to pick up a special some other company is offering? Besides, it’s not hard to find Go Daddy promo codes and coupons whenever you buy something.

The verdict: Go Daddy is good enough.
